ZENITH BANK blocks Customer because he complained and Asked for Assistance From them (see proof photos)

A Twitter user @wisper2raw claimed Zenith Bank blocked him because he asked for assistance via DM,  and when it wasn't forth coming,  he complained to them and was blocked.

This is very irritating why should a Bank block it's customer because he needed assistance? See more photos
